A TrueType font is automatically installed - see Chart Settings, 'Fonts','TrueType Font' option. When selected, the correct glyphs for planets should display on the chart wheel.If not, you will need to install the font manually as follows:
1. Open Windows Control Panel
2. Select 'Fonts'
3. Select the 'File' menu
4. Select 'Install font..'
5. In the window which appears set the folder path to the ZET 9 installation folder
6. Select the line 'WinstarTT', and click 'OK'

Tested so far with WineSkin
1. Download wineskin & drop it to the applications folder
2. Launch wineskin and press update for latest wrapper
3. Press '+' to install wine engine
4. Press 'create new blank wrapper'
5. Name it 'zet 9.app' and place it in your application folder (natively it will be placed in
/userhome/user/application/wineskin)
6. Launch zet 9.app and select 'install windows software'
7. Follow the steps, let wineskin install gecko and choose the zet installation file, ie. Zet9setup240-en.exe
8. From now on, the installer will work as on a PC.. be patient
9. At the end, choose 'zet.exe' as the executable
To install the license:
1. Select zet 9.app in finder
2. Right-click on it and select 'show package content'
3. Launch the included wineskin.app
4. Select 'install windows software' again
5. Choose the lincense installer executeable
6. When done, choose again 'zet.exe' as executable
That's it. Launch zet 9.app and zet should start and behave as in windows.

4. Downloaded files are the RAR archives, unpack them (ZET should not be running when you perform the update):
   • with WinRAR program, to do that:
     1. Open the file-archive, will appears a window with a list of lines and folders, which contained in this archive.
        
     2. Unpack all these files and folders directly to ZET 9 folder, e.g. C:Program FilesZET 9.
   • with 'ZET UnRAR' utility, to do that:
     1. Open utility (zetunrar.exe in ZET 9 folder), will appears the list of RAR-files, located in ZET 9 folder.
     2. Check the archive-files you need in the list and click 'Unpack' button.

When unzipping these files it is necessary to specify a path to the main ZET folder,for example,

Backing-up your data and settings

Situations may arise in which it is necessary to transfer the program onto another computer, orto restore it after reinstallation of the operating system, or to transfer data and settingsfrom an old version of the program to a new one. In these case, after installation of the latest distribution kit,you will need to copy the following files and folders over from the back-up media. It is desirablein any case to make back-up copies of these on a regular basis. (In the following list [ZET] stands forthe folder where ZET was installed):

• [ZET]DBase folder with all files - Databases,
• [ZET]History.log file - History of calculations log,
• *.ini files from [ZET]LANGUAGEEnglishConfig folder - ZET configuration files.

• UserPro.lst file from [ZET]LANGUAGEEnglish folder - the catalog of dual chart types,
• [ZET]*.fnt files - ZET fonts,
• [ZET]Asters.dat file - the catalog of asteroids (if you manually added asteroids to it, instead of automatically scanning the Swiss folder),
• [ZET]AsterFont.dat file - the glyphs for asteroids,

Turn on and set up FileVault

FileVault 2 is available in OS X Lion or later. When FileVault is turned on, your Mac always requires that you log in with your account password.

1. Choose Apple menu () > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy.
2. Click the FileVault tab.
3. Click , then enter an administrator name and password.
4. Click Turn On FileVault.

If other users have accounts on your Mac, you might see a message that each user must type in their password before they will be able to unlock the disk. For each user, click the Enable User button and enter the user's password. User accounts that you add after turning on FileVault are automatically enabled.

Choose how you want to be able to unlock your disk and reset your password, in case you ever forget your password:

• If you're using OS X Yosemite or later, you can choose to use your iCloud account to unlock your disk and reset your password.*
• If you're using OS X Mavericks, you can choose to store a FileVault recovery key with Apple by providing the questions and answers to three security questions. Choose answers that you're sure to remember.*
• If you don't want to use iCloud FileVault recovery, you can create a local recovery key. Keep the letters and numbers of the key somewhere safe—other than on your encrypted startup disk.

If you lose both your account password and your FileVault recovery key, you won't be able to log in to your Mac or access the data on your startup disk.

Encryption occurs in the background as you use your Mac, and only while your Mac is awake and plugged in to AC power. You can check progress in the FileVault section of Security & Privacy preferences. Any new files that you create are automatically encrypted as they are saved to your startup disk.

When FileVault setup is complete and you restart your Mac, you will use your account password to unlock your disk and allow your Mac to finish starting up. FileVault requires that you log in every time your Mac starts up, and no account is permitted to log in automatically.

Reset your password or change your FileVault recovery key

If you forget your account password or it doesn't work, you might be able to reset your password.

If you want to change the recovery key used to encrypt your startup disk, turn off FileVault in Security & Privacy preferences. You can then turn it on again to generate a new key and disable all older keys.

If you no longer want to encrypt your startup disk, you can turn off FileVault:

1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy.
2. Click the FileVault tab.

Backing-up your data and settings

Situations may arise in which it is necessary to transfer the program onto another computer, orto restore it after reinstallation of the operating system, or to transfer data and settingsfrom an old version of the program to a new one. In these case, after installation of the latest distribution kit,you will need to copy the following files and folders over from the back-up media. It is desirablein any case to make back-up copies of these on a regular basis. (In the following list [ZET] stands forthe folder where ZET was installed):

• [ZET]History.log file - History of calculations log,
• *.ini files from [ZET]LANGUAGEEnglishConfig folder - ZET configuration files.

Turn on and set up FileVault

FileVault 2 is available in OS X Lion or later. When FileVault is turned on, your Mac always requires that you log in with your account password.

1. Choose Apple menu () > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy.
2. Click the FileVault tab.
3. Click , then enter an administrator name and password.
4. Click Turn On FileVault.

If other users have accounts on your Mac, you might see a message that each user must type in their password before they will be able to unlock the disk. For each user, click the Enable User button and enter the user's password. User accounts that you add after turning on FileVault are automatically enabled.

Choose how you want to be able to unlock your disk and reset your password, in case you ever forget your password:

• If you're using OS X Yosemite or later, you can choose to use your iCloud account to unlock your disk and reset your password.*
• If you're using OS X Mavericks, you can choose to store a FileVault recovery key with Apple by providing the questions and answers to three security questions. Choose answers that you're sure to remember.*
• If you don't want to use iCloud FileVault recovery, you can create a local recovery key. Keep the letters and numbers of the key somewhere safe—other than on your encrypted startup disk.

If you lose both your account password and your FileVault recovery key, you won't be able to log in to your Mac or access the data on your startup disk.

Encryption occurs in the background as you use your Mac, and only while your Mac is awake and plugged in to AC power. You can check progress in the FileVault section of Security & Privacy preferences. Any new files that you create are automatically encrypted as they are saved to your startup disk.

When FileVault setup is complete and you restart your Mac, you will use your account password to unlock your disk and allow your Mac to finish starting up. FileVault requires that you log in every time your Mac starts up, and no account is permitted to log in automatically.

Reset your password or change your FileVault recovery key

If you forget your account password or it doesn't work, you might be able to reset your password.

If you want to change the recovery key used to encrypt your startup disk, turn off FileVault in Security & Privacy preferences. You can then turn it on again to generate a new key and disable all older keys.

Turn off FileVault

If you no longer want to encrypt your startup disk, you can turn off FileVault:

1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy.
2. Click the FileVault tab.
3. Click , then enter an administrator name and password.
4. Click Turn Off FileVault.

Not all languages and regions are serviced by AppleCare or iCloud, and not all AppleCare-serviced regions offer support in every language. If you set up your Mac for a language that AppleCare doesn't support, then turn on FileVault and store your key with Apple (OS X Mavericks only), your security questions and answers could be in a language that AppleCare doesn't support.
